Sessions are on a Cash Only basis unless you are planning to pre-pay in advance. Payment should be made at the beginning of each session, NOT at the end. I do not like to talk about money after a massage. Usually the client is so relaxed that payment is overlooked until I mention it. The last thing I want clients to worry about after a massage is money. Also, by charging at the beginning, clients are more likely to give feedback during the session to ensure that they get the exact session for which they have paid. A receipt will be given directly after payment has been received.

Checks are accepted only as a form of Pre-Payment. They are generally used by clients purchasing bulk, group, and chair sessions. All checks must be cleared by the Bank, at the least, one day prior to the appointment date. There is a $25.00 Charge on all returned checks. No session will be granted if a check bounces until the fee is paid, and if the appointment is cancelled, the session will count as a cancelled appointment. CLICK HERE for Cancellation Policies

There are no refunds! It is imperative to let the therapist know if the massage is not going in the direction requested. Please be specific at the beginning of the massage as to what type of massage will suit your needs. I will, prior to your session, make sure there is an understanding of what work is going to be performed, describe the work involved, and discuss what I expect from you as a client in regards to feedback. Please read about my Style and Training beforehand.
Exception: If there is a lack of chemistry between the client and the therapist’s work, then the session needs to end immediately. You are paying for my time, if you decide to stop a session, then depending on the circumstance; a refund for the remaining time may or may not be granted. If there is a valid reason for a refund, the session will be prorated for the time already spent.
If the therapist halts a session, in some instances a refund may be granted, in others it will not. Sexual Harassment towards the therapist or inappropriate requests or actions made by the client are some examples of incidents where the therapist will halt a session and not grant a refund.

Gift Certificates can be purchased at any time and by any method of payment at Regular Out-Call Rates Only. If checks or credit cards are used, a Verification Form of the purchase and the Gift Certificate will be sent out once the monies have been cleared. In order to redeem a gift certificate, it must be presented at the start of the session for which it is to be used- No Exceptions. Once a certificate is bought, it is the buyer’s and receiver’s responsibility to ensure the correct person receives the Session. I am not responsible for lost, stolen, or misused certificates. Please inform the person receiving the certificate that the certificate must be brought to their session.

For every 5th person you send to me, you will receive a Free 90 Minute In-Call Session. Pass out my business card or refer people to my website. Please tell whomever you refer to give me your name or else you may not get the credit you deserve. I rarely work on people who were not referred to me by someone who has not already had a session with me. Gift Certificates Purchased count as a Referral if I have not previously had a session with the person receiving the certificate.
FREE MASSAGE REFERRAL REDEMPTION
When a Free Massage Session is granted, the awarded will be sent a letter notifying them they have a session credit. It can be redeemed at any time, there is no expiration date. However, free sessions will only be administered as an In-Call Session and can not be transferred to friends or relatives, nor can they be redeemed for money. At the start of each session, a form will need to be signed stating that a free session was granted, and in the case of multiple free sessions, the form will designate which session is going to be redeemed.
